Q. Which Pashmina do
you offer?
A. We offer 100% Pashmina, viscose
pashmina and 50%pashmina wool/50% Silk Shawls, Scarves, Stoles
Throws and Wraps. We also offer jamawar shawls, embroidered shawls
Beaded Shawls and Pure Wool Shawls.
Q. Do you accept
credit cards?
A. Yes, we do accept all major credit
cards including VISA / MasterCard. All credit card transactions are
done on real-time basis.
Q. Is my transaction
safe?
A. Yes, we value the security of your
credit card information. Your credit card transaction takes place on
a secure server using SSL technology which encrypts your credit
cards details while sending your particulars for authorization.
Q. I do not have a
credit card. How do I make payments?
A. We accept payment
for orders by various modes. In case, you do not have a credit card,
you can send us payments through wire transfer(TT) or western union
money transfer.
Q. In how many days
will I receive my order?
A. We dispatch all
orders by courier within seven days of receiving payments.
