John de Risi was born in the city of Pisa in the region of Tuscany. It is here that he completes a cycle of advance studies relating to technical materials. The Collection:
The Albatross is the symbol of the John de Risi Collection. It symbolizes liberty, the freedom to follow one's own instinct and the desire to explore and run away with the wind.
The Materials:
The focal point of the Collection is the Nappa Guanterie, a very particular type of leather, soft and light to the touch but at the same time flexible and resistant. Nappa Guanterie is an exclusively Italian product that dates back to ancient times.
In addition to the leather garments, John has created small woven collection where he has applied the same special workmanship and treatments that distinguish his product, rendering it unique in its soft feminine lines and excellent fit both for women and men.
